How does your factory do regarding quality control?

1. All incoming raw materials used are strictly inspected.

2. All product are well designed with best layups, and going through all kinds of strength and fatigue tests (UCI,EN,ISO) before mass production.

3. In mass production, we have strict QC in every working procedures.

4. We do 100% inspection on the holes, weight control, flatness and roundness, appearance, etc.

5. Sampling inspection of strength and fatigue tests in mass production.

6. Strict QA before shipment is assured.
