Warranty​
2 years quality warranty.

KEENBIKES is a responsible and reliable company.

Based on our confidence in the technologies and strict QC system, we take full responsibility for any defects of bike carbon rims in material or workmanship for 2 years from the date when the shipment is signed.

This warranty does not cover damage or failures caused by a crash, accidental damage,non-compliance with manufacturer specifications of usage, modifications, normal wear and tear, improper assembly/maintenance, or any other fractious reasons. These are not manufacturing defects.

Cosmetic issues such as decals and painting are excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not apply to parts which are not manufactured by KEENBIKES (e.g. hubs, spokes, nipples,etc).

You could make a claim for replacement by sending us an email via: info@keenbikes.com.

When sending the email, the following information shall be attached:

A. The order number of the defective product;

B. The item number of the defective product and its specifications such as weave, finish, spoke holes;

C. Photos or videos clearly showing defect parts.

D. the bar code number of the product. P.S. the barcode number usually locates in rim bed/channel.

E. Description of how long and often you have used the product, how you found the defect. More details would be highly appreciated.

Your claim would be processed within 72 hours. After the claim is submitted, we will let you know if the defective product needs to be returned to us or not, and the shipping cost shall be at your own risk.

If any manufacturing defect occurs within 20 days of the date of receipt, Keenbikes is obligated to replace the rim(s) and also pay for the shipping cost.
